shipping & returns
Shipping
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days from order confirmation.
Certain made-to-order items may require 7–14 business days to process.
For custom-design items, we ship within 1–2 business days after design approval.
Lead times may vary depending on quantity and destination. A tracking number will be provided when dispatched.
Incoterms & Duties
- International shipments are sent under Incoterms DAP (Delivered At Place) by default.
- Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
- DDP service can be arranged upon request. Please contact contact@saedesign.co.kr before ordering.
Addresses & Delivery
- Please enter the full street address, postal code, recipient name, and a valid phone number.
- If a shipment is returned or re-routed due to an incorrect/incomplete address or absence, additional shipping costs may apply.
- Delivery to P.O. Boxes may be limited in some regions.
Damages & Claims
- All items are inspected and securely packed before dispatch.
- If damage or shortage is suspected, contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
- We will assist with a replacement or reshipment after verification and file a carrier claim. Please keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable once production begins.
