Because our metal products can be packed and stacked together,
the auto-calculated international shipping rate at checkout may be higher than the actual cost when multiple items are added to your cart.

Standard orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Among these, orders requiring design approval usually ship within 1–2 business days after approval. Made-to-order or fully custom items may require additional production time depending on quantity and complexity.

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Please note that customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your location.

You can request changes or a cancellation at any time before production begins.
Once production has started after design confirmation, changes may no longer be possible.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Custom-made items may not be eligible for return.

In most cases, yes. Please send your artwork as a vector file (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF).
For very fine or intricate graphics, the result may vary depending on the material and size. We may suggest a specific process to ensure the best outcome.

Aluminum is corrosion-resistant but may show fingerprints.
Wipe gently with a microfiber cloth and avoid exposure to salt or harsh chemicals.

Products made of brass or other copper alloys naturally develop a patina over time, resulting in surface discoloration.
If you prefer to restore the original color and shine, use a brass-specific cleaner with a soft cloth.

Stainless steel is rust-resistant but not rust-proof.
Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture, saltwater, or alkaline cleaners (like bleach).
Always wipe dry after cleaning.
