Shipping for multiple-item orders
Because our metal products can be packed and stacked together, the auto-calculated international shipping rate at checkout may be higher than the actual cost when multiple items are added to your cart.
For bulk purchases or project orders, feel free to contact us at contact@saedesign.co.kr, and we will recalculate the shipping cost based on the final packing.
Shipping
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days from order confirmation.
Orders requiring design approval are shipped within 1–2 business days after design approval.
Made-to-order or custom products may require 7–14 business days or more, depending on production scope.
Production and shipping times may vary depending on order quantity.
Incoterms & Duties
- International shipments are sent under Incoterms DAP (Delivered At Place) by default.
- United States Only: Due to current customs policies, shipments to the US are processed as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). All duties and taxes are included in the price.
- For other regions, customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
- DDP service for other regions can be arranged upon request. Please contact contact@saedesign.co.kr before ordering.
Addresses & Delivery
- Please enter the full street address, postal code, recipient name, and a valid phone number.
- If a shipment is returned or re-routed due to an incorrect/incomplete address or absence, additional shipping costs may apply.
- Delivery to P.O. Boxes may be limited in some regions.
Damages & Claims
- All items are inspected and securely packed before dispatch.
- If damage or shortage is suspected, contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
- We will assist with a replacement or reshipment after verification and file a carrier claim. Please keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
Please note that for simple change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable once production begins.
