Important Information

For adhesive products, use silicone when attaching to textured or uneven surfaces, especially on exterior walls. Using tape alone may cause the product to detach easily.

Stainless steel may rust when exposed to highly alkaline substances such as bleach, which can weaken the protective coating on the surface.

For cleaning and sanitizing, we recommend using non-alkaline cleaners, such as water or alcohol.

Laser engraving does not use ink, so color rendering is limited. The black color produced by laser engraving at Saemetalwork may appear different from standard ink prints (K100). Depending on the angle of light, colors like green or purple may appear on the engraved surface.

Gold and Black stainless steel are plasma-coated on one side.

There may be slight variations in engraving due to machine tolerances. Such variations are not considered defects.

Black stainless steel plates may appear dark gray or black due to the metal's reflective properties.

Copper and brass products will naturally change color over time due to the material's characteristics. This is not considered a defect.

There may be minor scratches on the surface due to the manufacturing process.
