Mounting Adhesive Products
For adhesive-backed items, especially on textured or outdoor surfaces, we strongly recommend using silicone in addition to tape. Relying on tape alone may result in detachment.
Rust and Corrosion
Stainless steel can rust when exposed to highly alkaline substances (e.g., bleach), as these can damage its protective surface layer.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Use only non-alkaline cleaners such as water or alcohol. Avoid strong chemical agents.
Laser Marking Characteristics
Our laser marking does not use ink, which may affect color depth. Black markings may display green or purple hues under certain lighting angles. This is a natural characteristic of the process and material.
Material Plating
Gold and Black stainless steel products are plated on one side using plasma titanium deposition.
Manufacturing Tolerances
Slight variations in laser marking may occur and are not considered defects.
Color Appearance
Due to the metal’s reflective properties, black stainless steel may appear as dark gray or true black depending on the lighting.
Color Variation Due to Plating Conditions
For Black and Gold stainless steel plates, slight color differences may occur depending on the production batch, season, or environmental conditions at the time of plating. These variations are a natural characteristic of the plating process and are not considered defects. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted based on this reason.
Natural Patina on Copper & Brass
These materials will naturally develop a patina over time. This is a characteristic of the metal, not a flaw.
Surface Imperfections
Minor scratches or abrasions may exist due to the manufacturing process.
Returns
Accepted within 7 days. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense for change of mind. Custom items are non-refundable.
Duties & Taxes
Shipments are DAP (recipient pays taxes) by default. Exception: US orders are DDP (taxes included).
